Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information System Map Pro ("we", "us") collects through this pre-launch page, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. We have kept it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we collect only what you enter in the form:

• Your email address — required, so we can send you updates.
• Your first name — required, so we can address you properly.
• Your market segment — optional, so we understand which industries are interested.
• The date and time you signed up and the version of this policy you agreed to — so we can evidence your consent.
• The IP address your sign-up came from — to prevent abuse of the form (spam and bulk submissions) and as part of the consent record.

This page sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising technology. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when the page loads; that request is subject to Google's privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your name and email for one purpose: to send you news about System Map Pro — launch announcements, early-access invitations, and product updates. Aggregated, non-identifying segment counts (for example, "40% of sign-ups are electrical contractors") help us prioritise what we build first. Your IP address is used only for abuse prevention and consent evidence — never for marketing, profiling, or tracking.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we will not use it for any purpose unrelated to System Map Pro.

Legal basis

We process your information on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the agreement box when you sign up. You may withdraw consent at any time (see "Your choices and rights" below), and withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Where it lives and how long we keep it

Your details are stored on servers we control and are accessible only to the System Map Pro team. We keep them until System Map Pro launches and the early-access list has served its purpose, until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. When the list is retired, remaining entries are deleted.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions (for example, an email delivery service used to send the updates you asked for). We may also disclose information if required by law. There is no other sharing.

Your choices and rights

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link; using it removes you from the list. Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you also have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct it if it is inaccurate.
• Delete it ("right to be forgotten" / right to deletion).
• Withdraw consent to further processing at any time.
• Complain to your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days and will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.

Children

This page is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete the entry.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will email you before it takes effect.
